Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- Product is unused and unworn.
- Original tags are still attached and intact.
- Original packaging (boxes, dust bags, etc.) is available and undamaged.
- The product is in a resalable condition.
Items Not Eligible
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products showing any signs of use or wear.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards (where applicable).
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at primeauratrading@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
- Images/Videos (mandatory if the product is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will review your request and respond with specific return instructions.
Quality Inspection
Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. If the item meets our eligibility criteria, your refund or replacement will be approved and processed.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after a successful inspection.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available exclusively for:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Wrong item delivered.
- Items received in a damaged condition.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be initiated.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a wrong product, damaged product, or notice a missing item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to our courier partner, cancellations are no longer possible.
