Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing:

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Prime Aura is not responsible for delays or misdelivery resulting from incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos/videos of the package before opening.
  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us with your order number and the supporting images attached.
